Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a General Meeting of the above named company will be held at New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ on 7 October 2016 at 10.00 am for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report on his administration of the Liquidation, determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and determining how the books and records of the company should be disposed of. Proofs and proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
