i. that the company be wound up voluntarily.

ii. that Michael John Gillard of Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson Limited, Scope House, Weston Road, Crewe, CW1 6DD be appointed liquidator of the company.

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Michael John Gillard as Liquidator.
