A petition to wind up the above-named Company of 141 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 1EY, presented on 1 June 2016 by MR BARRY SMITH of 39 Sandringham Road, Rainham, Kent ME8 8RP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Medway County Court, Anchorage House, 47-67 High Street, Chatham, Kent ME4 4DW on 29 September 2016 at 3.00 pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
