Notice is hereby given under Section 109 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that on 9 February 2026 the above-named company was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation and Darren Edwards was appointed Liquidator. The company is presently expected to be able to pay its known liabilities in full.

NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors are required, on or before 10 March 2026 to prove their debts by sending to the Liquidator of the Company, Darren Edwards of Exigen Group Limited T/A Liquidation Centre, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.

Please note that this is a solvent liquidation and therefore the Liquidator is entitled to make any distributions to creditors or shareholders that they think fit without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
