At a General Meeting of the Company convened and held at Unit 30, Railway Arches, New Kings Road, London, SW6 4RR on Thursday 22 September 2016 at 11:30am the following special resolution numbered one and ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1 That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2 That Robert P J Allen of Vantage, 4-6 Dryden Street, London, WC2E 9NH, be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.
