A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate 18 Fairview Way, Edgware, HA8 8JF and whose last known trading address is 27 Cardingham, Woking, GU21 3LN presented on 21 January 2026 by Stark Building Materials UK Limited of Binley Business Park, Merchant House, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 4 March 2026 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
