At an Ordinary General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at City Mills, Peel Street, Morley, Leeds LS27 8QL on 20 July 2016 the following resolutions, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution, were duly passed, viz:-

RESOLUTIONS

1. That is has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That M.P. Halligan, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, of MPH Recovery, City Mills, Peel Street, Morley, Leeds LS27 8QL be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

At a subsequent meeting of creditors convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, held on 20 July 2016, creditors confirmed the appointment of M.P. Halligan as liquidator.
