“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Freddy Khalastchi,(IP No. 8752) of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LT and Simon Carvill-Biggs,(IP No. 15930) of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
