Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Regus, 2430/2440 The Quandrant, Aztec West, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4AQ on 30 September 2016 at 1.30 pm for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Alex Dunton of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH , is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the above and a list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 2QH between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm during the two business days preceding the date of the meeting. Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution to approve a fixed fee in consideration of the costs of arranging the meetings of members and creditors and preparing the Statement of Affairs and associated documents. Approval will also be sought for the recovery of the category 2 expenses.
