At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Regus, 2430/2440 The Quadrant, Aztec West, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4AQ on 30 September 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Dunton, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QG, (IP No. 13810) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
