At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Ensors Accountants LLP, Cardinal House, 46 St Nicholas Street, Ipswich, IP1 1TT on 04 July 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that David Scrivener and Mark Upton, both of Ensors Accountants LLP, Cardinal House, 46 St Nicholas Street, Ipswich, IP1 1TT, (IP Nos: 15690 and 9594) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes for such winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators be authorized to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
