“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Cacho, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY, (IP No. 11012) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
