“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Craig Povey and Richard Toone, both of CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham B1 2JB, (IP Nos. 9665 and 9146), be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
