“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe,(IP No. 009513) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Castle Acres, Everard Way, Narborough, Leicestershire, LE19 1BY and Nathan Jones,(IP No. 9326) of FRP Advisory LLP, Castle Acres, Everard Way, Narborough, Leicestershire, LE19 1BY be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
