I, Vernon Robert Ralston of 162-164 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7BS and of 24 Lodwick, Shoeburyness, Essex, SS3 9QP was a director of the above-named company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into liquidation.
