We, Mr William Eldret and Mrs Patricia Eldret both of Uplands, Furzehill, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 4HD were Directors of the Company during the twelve months ending with the day before it went into Liquidation.

We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more ways specified in Section 216 (3) of the Insolvency Act by carrying on the business of Pagebase Limited t/a Cutting Edge under a new business or limited company using ‘Pagebase’ or ‘Cutting Edge’in its title.
