In accordance with Rule 4.106A Christopher Purkiss of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London, EC1M 7AD and Michaela Hall Of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 105 St Peters Street, St Albans, AL1 3EJ give notice that they were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 26 July 2016.

Creditors of the Company are required on or before 16 September 2016 to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Liquidator, and if so required by notice in writing, to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.

The Liquidator does not propose to summon a meeting of creditors under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Liquidator shall summon such a meeting if he is requested, in accordance with the rules, to do so by one-tenth, in value, of the company's creditors.
