Notice is hereby given that on 31st March 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Livingston craving the Court inter alia that PEARSON MEATS LTD., with its Registered Office at (A) Midseat, Midseat Cottage, East Whitburn, West Lothian, EH47 8AA be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Livingston by interlocutor dated 31st March 2016 ordained the said Pearson Meats Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
