At a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB, United Kingdom on 16 February 2026 at 11.30 am the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution: 

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Gardner, of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, (IP No. 9488) be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.
