At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 7 Beaufort Avenue, Birmingham, B34 6AD on 11 August 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, resolution no. 1 as a Special resolution and resolution no. 2 as an Ordinary resolution:

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

2. "That Martin Richard Buttriss and Richard Frank Simms of F A Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB be and are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
