A petition was presented on 13 June 2018 by HARBOROUGH LONDON LTD of Fishpool Farmhouse, Fishpool Way, Barrow Upon Soar, Leicester, LE12 8YA ("the Petitioner") for the winding up of Pinnacle Student Developments (Leeds) Limited (Company No. 08513651). Service was effected at the following address: Ground Floor Ocean House, Towers Business Park, Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 2LY on 14 June 2018. The hearing of the petition will take place at Royal Courts of Justice, Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL at 10:30 am on 8 August 2018.
