A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Pit Couriers Limited (In Company Voluntary Arrangement) Registration Number 08355613, of 5 The Belgravia Harrogate Road, Leeds, LS17 6ND, presented on 18 April 2016 by PETER JAMES ANDERSON AND ALAN DAVID FALLOWS, the Joint Supervisors of Pit Couriers Limited’s Company Voluntary Arrangement of Kay Johnson Gee Chartered Accountants, Griffin Court, 201 Chapel Street, Manchester, M3 5EQ, claiming to be a Contributory of the Company, will be heard at Manchester District Registry, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ, on 13 June 2016, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
