TAKE NOTICE that on 21 June 2022 Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Limited, National Credit Management Centre, 99 Harmony Row, Glasgow G51 3LH presented a petition to the Court of Session, Edinburgh for an order to wind up POIU100 Ltd ("The Company") having its Registered Office at 2 Melville Street, Falkirk, FK1 1HZ under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986; that warrant for intimation and service was granted by Lord Clark on 24 June 2022 directing that any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted should lodge Answers thereto at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within 8 days of the date of intimation, service and advertisement all of which notice is hereby given by Telfer G Blacklock, 34 Bernard Street, Edinburgh the petitioners solicitor.
