At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Regus, Manchester Business Park, 3000 Aviator Way, Manchester M22 5TG on 03 October 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No. 15590) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
