Notice is hereby given that on 14 June 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that PRIME FOCUS LTD, with its Registered Office at 54 Cook Street, Glasgow, G5 8JN be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow by interlocutor dated 15 June 2018 ordained the said Prime Focus Ltd, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
