“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Radford (IP No. 24150) and Edward Bible (IP No. 9256) both of Radford Advisory Limited, Atlantic Business Centre, Atlantic Street, Altrincham, WA14 5NQ be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purpose of such winding up, with the power to act jointly or severally in all matters relating to the liquidation.”
