A Petition to wind up the above-named company of GROUND FLOOR, 7 CECIL SQUARE, MARGATE, CT9 1BD (registered office) presented on 18 July 2017, by YESSS (A) ELECTRICAL LTD of UNIT B, FOXBRIDGE WAY, NORMANTON INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, NORMANTON, WEST YORKSHIRE, WF6 1TN, will be heard at the High Court sitting at Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1 NL, on 4 September 2017 at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16:00 hours on 1 September 2017.
