Notice is hereby given that on 30 September 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by David George Duncan, residing at St Sairs, Colpy, Insch, Aberdeenshire, AB52 6TG craving the Court inter alia that the said Quayside Fabrication Limited, having its registered office at Caledonian Exchange, 19a Canning Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8HE be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 30 September 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and in the meantime appointed Gordon MacLure, Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishops Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL to be provisional liquidator of the said Quayside Fabrication Limited; all of which Notice is hereby given.
