"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that the company be wound up the under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation."

"That Helen Whitehouse and Simon Thomas Barriball of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen`s Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
