Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors to establish whether creditors would like to form a liquidation committee (of creditors), or failing that, to consider a resolution concerning the basis upon which the liquidator’s remuneration will be fixed.
