NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.19 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, that on 18 April 2017, I Brian Milne,French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB was appointed Liquidator of RICHMOND HOMES (SCOTLAND) LIMITED by resolution of a Meeting of Creditors pursuant to Section 138(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986. A liquidation committee has been established.
