"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Louise Burge (IP No. 9698) of Kingsbridge Corporate Solutions Limited, Business Hive, 13 Dudley Street, Grimsby, DN31 2AW be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
