Notice is hereby given that on 12 February 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by Road To Sea Ltd. craving the Court inter alia that Road To Sea Ltd. having its registered office at C/O Av Accounting, Suite 14 Ellismuir House, Ellismuir Way, G71 5PW be wound up by the Court and that Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, Dains, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU be appointed to act as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 12 February 2026 (HAM-L9-26) appointed the said Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, Dains, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU to act as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
