Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 138(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.12 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that a first meeting of creditors of the above named Company will be held at The Hilton Strathclyde, Phoenix Crescent, Bellshill ML14 3JQ, on 06 September 2016, at 11.30 am for the purpose of choosing a liquidator and considering other resolutions specified in Rule 4.12(3) of the aforementioned Rules. To be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must have lodged their claims and completed proxy with the Interim Liquidator either at the meeting or before the meeting at my office and it has been accepted for voting purposes. Notice is further given that Eric Walls (IP No 9113) of KSA Group Ltd, C12 Marquis Court, Marquisway, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RU was appointed Interim Liquidator of the above named Company on 26 July 2016 by Interlocutor of the Livingston Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court.
