“That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth James Lewis, of Lewis Business Recovery & Insolvency, Suite E12, Joseph’s Well, Westgate, Leeds LS3 1AB, (IP No. 14992) be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
