Notice is hereby given that on 7 October 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen by Stuart Mitchell, residing at 1 Broadstraik Brae, Elrick, Westhill, AB32 6JF craving the Court, inter alia that S & H Machining Limited a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC383098) and having its registered office at Burnside Farm, Masson Lodge, Westhill, Aberdeenshire, AB32 6RR be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 11 October 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
