"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) and Frank Wessely (IP No. 007788) both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
