Pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend within two months of the proving date specified. Notice is further given that creditors who have yet to submit a claim must notify the Liquidator at the address below no later than 13 September 2016 to be included in this distribution.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
