Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above partnership will be held at St George’s House, 215-219 Chester Road, Manchester, M15 4JE on 27 September 2016 at 12.00 noon for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Act. Creditors who wish to vote at the meeting should lodge a completed proxy form, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Beever and Struthers, St George’s House, 215-219 Chester Road, Manchester, M15 4JE, no later than 12 noon on 26 September 2016. The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to 0161 835 3668.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of St George’s House, 215-219 Chester Road, Manchester, M15 4JE on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. If no Liquidation Committee has been formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting will receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Secured creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived. Any creditor wishing to vote at the meeting must submit a statement of claim. A creditor who will not be attending the meeting in person may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf or may nominate the chairman of the meeting to vote instead. Please note that the chairman will be a director of the Company.
