A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Registered No. 06662524, First Floor Roxburghe House, 273-287 Regent Street, London, W1B 2HA presented on 22 June 2016 by NPOWER LIMITED, Windmill Hill Business Park, Whitehill Way, Wiltshire, SN5 6PB claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry at Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 9 August 2016 at 10:30 am or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard.
