A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 11a Granville Way, Chaucer Business Park, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 4JT presented on 14 July 2016 by HERITAGE INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT LIMITED, 29 Manor Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2SE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, The Civil and Family Courts, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L2 2BX, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard) on 5 September 2016

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 2 September 2016.
