At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at No. 1, 29 Craven Street, London, WC2N 5NT on 26 October 2016 at 2.00 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“The Chairman having taken a vote and declared the resolution carried unanimously, it was resolved that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elizabeth Aird-Brown, of The MacDonald Partnership Plc, 29 Craven Street, London, WC2N 5NT, (IP No. 10910) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
