A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Liquidator pursuant to section 141 and rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of:

1. To consider the formation of a creditors committee

2. Agreeing the basis of the remuneration of the Liquidator

3. Seeking approval that “Category 2” disbursements incurred in the administration of the case may be drawn on account.
