A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Newport House, Newport Road, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST16 1DA, presented on 16th September 2016 by COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC GAS SERVICES SOUTHERN LIMITED, 34 Dunkeld Road, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 4NH, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on 7th November 2016 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
