At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 61 Eltisley Avenue, Cambridge, CB3 9JQ, on 13 June 2016, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that H J Sorsky,(IP No. 5398) and S Davis,(IP No. 9585) both of Streets SPW, Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company, and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
