At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 328c Clepington Road, Dundee, DD3 8RZ on 02 September 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Gardiner, of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, (IP No. 9488) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
