Notice is hereby given that on 5 February 2026, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Angelo Carrara, Derek James Stratton Duguid and Raymond Keith Galvin, craving the Court inter alia that Silver City Launderers Limited, having its registered office at 5 Carden Place, Aberdeen, Scotland AB10 1UT be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 11 February 2026 appointed all interested persons, who intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
