Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4 0HP on 07 April 2016 at 11.15 am. Under Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act the purposes of the meeting are to present a Statement of Affairs of the Company, and, if the creditors wish to do so, to nominate a Liquidator and appoint a Liquidation Committee. Proxy forms to be used at the meeting accompanied by a proof of debt form must be lodged at the registered office of the Company, now situated at the offices of Benedict Mackenzie, 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the date of the meeting.

Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Section 98(2) (a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Grant L Pegg and David F Perkins of Benedict Mackenzie, 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the above Company and will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish creditors with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. Resolutions to be taken at the aforementioned Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may also receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Meeting.
