Notice is hereby given that on 5 February 2026 a petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by Simple LED Solutions Ltd, a company registered under the Companies Acts, registered number SC630341, and having its registered office at Radleigh House, 1 Golf Road, Clarkston, Glasgow G76 7HU craving the Court for an order that the said Simple LED Solutions Ltd be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986. Sheriff Fraser, by Interlocutor dated 18 February 2026 appointed the Petition to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and The Metro newspaper and granted warrant for service of the Petition as craved. Any party claiming interest in this action should contact the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley immediately and in any event by not later than 8 days from the date of publication of this advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
