At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company convened and held at the offices of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, One Caspian Point, Pierhead Street, Cardiff Bay CF10 4DQ on 25 October 2016 the following special resolution numbered one and the ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1. “That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Graham Lindsay Down (IP no 6600) of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, One Caspian Point, Pierhead Street, Cardiff Bay CF10 4DQ, tel: 02920 444017; e-mail: enquiries@bscorprecovery.co.uk be appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purpose of such winding up”.
